The percentage = 90 * 5 / 100 = 90 percent. It is denoted using %. On the other hand, decimals are the numbers that have a whole number and a fraction separated by a decimal point. We can easily convert percentages into decimals and vice versa. For example, 0.36 is equivalent to 36 %.
